As the first-part of an Open House double-feature professional farrier Georgia Barry of South Acton will demonstrate the age-old art of horseshoeing and explain how it has evolved over the past three hundred years.

Visitors can stay for a tour of the Faulkner House, and continue on to Jones Tavern at 3:00 p.m., where items from the 18th century tavern and the longtime Jones family farm will be on display.
